John Nieland was born and raised in Lake Oswego and grew up helping in his family's Real Estate business. After graduating from UCLA and living in Europe, he returned to Oregon to expand the business. Building his own investment portfolio and helping thousands of families with their Real Estate needs, John is widely known as one of the best in the business. His attention to detail and depth of knowledge is unmatched and is the reason that so many of his clients return to him year after year. John and his family live across the canal from his parents and brother, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and two daughters, surfing, and playing the guitar.

As the founder of a staging company, she knows exactly how to prepare your home for the market. Nicole is also our lead designer, helping clients see a vision for their homes and help create instant value with her remodeling expertise.

Quinn has been a licensed realtor since 1992, helping clients with their purchases, sales, and investments. Originally partnering with his mom Erin, who started in 1972, he continues the family Real Estate vision alongside John and Nicole. With a knack for numbers, remodeling, and investing, he helps others follow the path to success in the Real Estate market. Quinn helped found North Star Property Management as a way to manage the portfolios of his clients and family.
