John Nieland has been in the Real Estate industry for just under 20 years. Known for meticulous attention to detail with contracts and negotiations, his attention leaves nothing to chance. John has built an incredible knowledge base by investing himself in our real estate market, using first hand knowledge to guide your success. He reads price and demand changes before most in the industry, allowing his clients to get a jump on what is happening in our housing market. John and his wife Kim have two beautiful girls, he enjoys spending time surfing in Hawaii and as an avid sports enthusiast is a fixture on the waters of Lake Oswego.
Bridget first became associated to the Nieland Real Estate team in 1991. She specializes in buyer representation and was instrumental in building many segments of the Nieland Real Estate team. On top of knowing what is available in the market today, through her daily affiliation with North Star Property Management Bridget has exclusive knowledge of more than 100 “pocket listings” that are transitioning to the sale market within the next few years. Her easy demeanor, market knowledge and genuine care for her clients has earned her the adoration of countless clients. Bridget, her husband Kobe and four wonderful kids are the foundation of Bridget’s dream life. Her happiness is truly infectious.
Erin built the foundation of the family business in the early 1970’s. Over the last 40 years she has become one of the most well known names in our Real Estate industry. Quick to laugh, firm but fair, a great negotiator and an even better client advocate, Erin’s legendary success speaks for itself. Her exceptional reputation with other agents is instrumental in helping her clients in the buying and selling process. Erin invests heavily in real estate, but along with her husband Kirk has lived in the same home on Lake Oswego for nearly 50 years.
